Butler & Young Scotland is a division of Butler & Young Ltd Approved Inspectors and can offer you a comparable building warrant service for building projects in England and Wales.

Whilst the Scottish system of building control is a monopoly for Local Authorities, our Approved Inspector service offers an effective, efficient and non-bureaucratic alternative to the Local Authority which will satisfy the statutory obligations required by the Building Act 1984 in meeting the requirements of the Building Regulations.
