Knowing your project is unique to you we negotiate terms and conditions including the scope of our service. This includes our fee to be charged since there are no fee scales.
Butler & Young
Residential will serve an Initial Notice to the Local Authority on your behalf. You may also request us to issue a Plans Certificate confirming that part of, or all of the project demonstrates compliance with the substantive requirements of the Building Regulations.
Work may commence once the Initial Notice has been expressly accepted by the Local Authority or is deemed to have been accepted after 5 days have elapsed without it being rejected.
We request that you notify us of commencement or at particular stages of the work. We can carry out inspections to ensure compliance with the Regulations all in accordance with the negotiated site inspection plan.
When the work is completed to the satisfaction of Butler & Young Residential a Final Certificate will be issued to the Local Authority and to yourselves
