Functional Responsibility for Business Development and Sales & Marketing

Paul has been with the organisation since February 1993. He has been Managing Director of Butler & Young Ltd and the Butler & Young Group since 1st January 2004 and a Director and main board member of Butler & Young Ltd since its incorporation in 1996.

Paul is a Fire Safety Engineer by profession but in recent years has focused on business development.

Terry O'Neill

BEng(Hons), CEng, MIFireE, RMaPS, MIoD, FFB

Chief Operating Officer, Butler & Young Group

Terry has been with the organisation since July 1997. He was appointed to the Board in 2001,  Managing Director of Trenton Consultants in 2004 and Chief Operating Officer in 2008

Terry is a Chartered Fire Engineer and focuses on the effective operations of the group of companies.

Alistair Smith

Alistair has been with the organisation since 1995. He has been a Board member and Director of Butler & Young Ltd since 1996.

Alistair is a Chartered Building Control Surveyor with over 25 years experience. In recent times, Alistair has focused on theprovision, delivery and development of the services offered by the Group.

Charlie Craven

Charlie has been with the organisation since 2000.  He has been a board member since 2008. 

Charlie is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and professional Building Control qualifications since 1996, along with being  a qualified manager and is a member of MCMI. With over 20 years experience within the construction industry and 18 of those in Building Control, he has become highly respected in the industry.

 

Tim Clements

MRICS, MIFireE, MBEng

After 12 years of Construction Management, Tim entered the Building Control profession in 1988. Following a successful career with various Local Authorities and an Approved Inspector, Tim joined International Fire Consultants where he was responsible for developing fire safety engineering and managing a team of fire engineers. Since joining Trenton Consultants in 2003, Tim has developed from a Senior Fire Engineer to his current role as Director of Trenton Consultants Limited.

Tim is a Chartered Surveyor and Fire Engineer, with overall responsibility for Trenton Consultants Limited.
